Application Form Fees

Galgotias University Online Application Fees is Rs. 800 and Offline Application Fees is Rs. 1100.

Rs.800/- is the application fee that every applying candidates have to pay against their application form.
Payment will be done via online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking.



The procedure for applying Application Form:

1) Candidates are asked to submit their application form via online mode from the official portal i.e. Galgotias University: galgotiasuniversity.edu.in

2) Applicants have to click on “New Enquiry” for getting registered.

3) All the details must be filled in the correct manner and upload scan copies of the required credentials, passport size photo, and signature.

4) At last, take a print out of the online generated application form for further communication.

Examinations Rules

1.     Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the entrance examination without a valid Admit Card. In the Examination hall, the candidate should produce the Admit card when demanded by Invigilator.

2.     Candidates shall retain their Admit Cards for Admission Counselling.

3.     Candidates shall be present at the examination center 30 Minutes before the commencement of the examination.

4.     Any malpractice or attempt to commit malpractice in the examination hall or any violation of the rules will lead to disqualification of the candidate

5.     Admit cards can be downloaded or received by email from the university website. Admit card not be sent by post.

6.     Candidates shall retain their Admit cards for Admission counseling.
